What the app stores
- Account: your email address, or the Apple relay address if you sign in with Apple.
- Plan and logs: targets, phases, weigh-ins, meals and their nutrition estimates, workouts and sets.
- Photos: progress photos and meal photos you take in the app.
Where it lives
In a database and a storage bucket that belong to your account, hosted by Supabase. Photos are private: they sit under a folder only your account can read, and the app fetches them through links that expire within the hour. Nobody else, including us, browses them.
Meal photos and AI
When you photograph a plate, that one photo and your usual meal templates are sent to Anthropic's Claude to estimate the food. Anthropic processes the request and returns the estimate. Your photos are never used to train any model and are not shared with anyone else. The estimate is a suggestion; what you confirm is what the app stores.
What we do not do
- No tracking, no advertising identifiers, no analytics SDKs.
- No selling or sharing of data with third parties beyond the two processors above.
- No access to your photo library beyond the photo you choose to pick.
Notifications
Reminders are scheduled on your phone. They never leave the device.
Export and deletion
Plan → Account in the app exports everything as JSON. The same screen has Delete account: type DELETE and every photo and every row is removed from our systems immediately. There is no grace period and no copy kept.
